SE\u2019lerin ayr\u0131ca, spesifik olmayan T h\u00fccre proliferasyonunu uyaran s\u00fcperantijen fonksiyonlar\u0131 da bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>S. aureus, bir \u00e7ok \u00fclkede yayg\u0131n g\u0131da zehirlenmesi olgular\u0131na neden olan ikinci veya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc patojen olarak dikkati \u00e7ekmektedir. ABD\u2019de her y\u0131l g\u0131da kaynakl\u0131 hastal\u0131klar nedeniyle 6-80 milyon insan\u0131n etkilendi\u011fi ve bunlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 9000\u2019inin \u00f6l\u00fcmle sonu\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve y\u0131ll\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 milyar dolarl\u0131k ekonomik kay\u0131p meydana geldi\u011fi bildirilmektedir. Ayn\u0131 \u00fclkede stafilokokal g\u0131da zehirlenmeleri sonucu ise \u00fcretim kayb\u0131 ve medikal masraflar nedeniyle y\u0131ll\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k 1.5 milyar dolar harcand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Ba\u015fta hayvansal g\u0131dalar olmak \u00fczere de\u011fi\u015fik g\u0131dalar stafilokokal g\u0131da zehirlenmelerine sebep olmaktad\u0131r. Hayvan k\u00f6kenli pi\u015firilmi\u015f veya az pi\u015firilmi\u015f g\u0131dalardan s\u0131\u011f\u0131r, domuz, hindi ve tavuk eti, \u00f6zellikle s\u00fct tozu ve peynir olmak \u00fczere s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, etli patates salatas\u0131 ve di\u011fer et salatalar\u0131, bal\u0131k ve yumurta, kremal\u0131 pasta \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ayr\u0131ca s\u00fct, \u015feker ve yumurtadan yap\u0131lan dondurulmu\u015f soslar bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Stafilokokal g\u0131da zehirlenmesi, enterotoksijenik stafilokoklar taraf\u0131ndan g\u0131dada olu\u015fturulan toksinlerin ali- menter yolla al\u0131nmas\u0131 sonucu olu\u015fur. Stafilokokal g\u0131da zehirlenmesinde semptomlar 30 dakika ile 8 saatlik bir zaman aras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen genellikle 2 ile 4 saat i\u00e7inde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u0130ntoksikasyon mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, kusma, \u015fiddetli kramplar, abdominal a\u011fr\u0131 ve diyare ile karakterizedir.
